This festival is the most important beliefs for the people on Zulia state, because that day everybody goes to the church to pray and worship virgin of the chiquinquira, the main idea is that they pray to peace of the word.
In agreement with the tradition Zuliana, the chinita came to Maracibo on the waves of the lake, on 1749.
